Five Gratitudes Project

I’ve had a lot of life changes in the past five years. Thankfully a friend suggested I start making a daily list of gratitudes - things I am thankful for. I took her advice and it turned into a morning routine along with journalling. It impacted my daily life and interactions with others, I was happier and more relaxed. Sometimes the list would be very simple - a cup of coffee, a room with a view, a hot shower. Other days it’s very specific - time with a good friend, an experience at work the day before, acknowledging a job well done. Times may be hard or stressful but I can always find five things to be grateful for.
